Meet Our Team
Meet Dr. Cristina Reddy
Dr. Reddy was born in Trujillo, Peru. She moved to Dallas, Texas at 14 years of age. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master’s in Communication Science and Disorders from Texas Woman’s University. She graduated with her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to practicing audiology, her passion and commitment to serve the deaf and hard of hearing community led her to work as a teacher for the deaf. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but she is passionate about pediatrics. She does full audiological diagnostic testing on all ages, and she works with different type of amplification devices such as hearing aids, oseo-devices, and cochlear implants. Additionally, she is certified to administer Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT), and she can treat tinnitus, misophonia, and hyperacusis. Dr. Reddy is fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and daughters. She enjoys reading, refurbishing furniture, trying new cuisines, and sewing doll clothing for her little girls. She also loves traveling to new places and learning about new cultures around the world.
Meet Scott O’Leary
Scott O’Leary has been practicing audiology in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the last 25 years. A native of New York, Scott attended Texas Christian University where he received a degree in Habilitation of the Deaf. Following his Undergraduate degree, Scott attended University of North Texas and received his Masters of Science in Audiology in 1990. After practicing in Kansas City for 5 years he returned to the Metroplex.
Scott is an avid fan of the TCU Horned Frogs and considers College Football the most important season of the year. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Arlington. They have three children and two children in law. His oldest daughter followed his footsteps and is an audiologist as well
Meet Dr. Allison Liberio
At the heart of our practice is a desire to help people. Hearing loss is more than inconvenient — it can cause major disruptions to a patient’s life, wellbeing, and lifestyle. As a premier audiologist, Dr. Allison Liberio specializes in helping patients preserve their existing hearing while developing long-lasting, positive relationships with each individual she cares for.
Prior to founding her practice, Dr. Liberio worked for five years at an ENT practice with some of the best ear, nose, and throat physicians in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Her work with this practice initiated the level of care her patients receive today.
Dr. Liberio is committed to providing you or your loved ones with the ideal treatment options by partnering with you and your primary care doctor to ensure you receive well-rounded solutions to meet your needs.
Dr. Liberio earned both her bachelor’s and doctorate degrees from the University of North Texas in Denton. She has previously filled a temporary faculty position, and in the fall of 2018 was able to return to teach a course in Audiology. In addition, Dr. Liberio enjoys giving back to her alma mater with guest lectures and by mentoring university students.
Outside of the office, Dr. Liberio enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their four children. She is an active member of her church and enjoys giving back to the community. Her hobbies include running, cooking, and taking road trips with the kids.
Meet Dr. Rachel Frederick
Dr. Rachel Frederick is a skilled audiologist with a passion for helping adults improve their hearing and quality of life. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Dr. Frederick earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2018. She went on to complete her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Cincinnati in 2023, where her capstone research focused on auditory processing in older adults using the CAPDOTS online auditory training program.
During her studies, Dr. Frederick was deeply involved in volunteer work, providing hearing screenings at local health fairs and even participating in brainstem auditory evoked response (BAER) testing on puppies at the University of Cincinnati’s FETCH Lab. Her comprehensive training and experience make her well-equipped to work with a range of adult patients, offering services such as hearing aid fittings, tinnitus retraining therapy, bone-conduction devices, and cochlear implants.
Dr. Frederick resides in Northlake with her husband, whom she married in October 2022, and their beloved Maine Coon cat, Tuck. Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks, exploring new travel destinations, and trying out different restaurants. She looks forward to making a positive difference in her patients’ lives through her expertise and personalized care.
